To become AAHA-accredited, our animal hospital has undergone a rigorous evaluation process to ensure we meet the over 900 AAHA Standards of Accreditation. These standards cover hospital safety, patient care, diagnostics, pain management, contagious disease management, continuing education, dentistry, and emergency/urgent care, among others.

Large Animal Care

At New Ulm Regional Veterinary Center, we give the gold standard in comprehensive care for your livestock.

Our New Ulm veterinary team is here to provide you and your animals with high quality veterinary services on the farm. Our vets are happy to treat various large animals such as cattle, horses, sheep, chickens, goats, pigs, and other large and exotic animals.

The on-farm and ambulatory services we provide include preventive care, routine vaccinations, as well as minor surgeries, various herd health problems, treatment of reproductive issues and breeding soundness exams.

We also offer on-farm emergency vet care 24/7 every day of the year. Feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns you may have.
